Can relate! Don't worry about a thing - 'cause every little thing is gonna be alright. Your fam is a tight knit unit. Just stick to that. It's good. If it helps, I'm a big advocate of meditation. Okay, Biblical meditation, but if religion just ain't your thang, I do find a lot of help in counting backward from ten when I get lit angry. It ends up being kinda out of body. Has been wonderful for my hot temper. Poor hubby - he is a saint. Sometimes, tho, I am a big fan of letting anger loose! High five for being real!

I just don't ever get mad, but when I do I start shaking too much to talk right lol The out of body thing you said fits me more ...your husband does well at being level headed I take it? lol I'm glad you are cool with being real!!

Angry - is like a South Park episode, the one with turret's. Man, he is definitely my better half. Yeah, ten years wiser, but he has helped tame me a bit. He is the Mary Poppins and I'd be the old man stuck on the ceiling laughing OR the cantankerous banker. Such is life. Out of body - like maybe the whole hologram thing has weight?!
