Ladies - It's Time!

To all you wonderful women out there, it's time!!

And I don’t mean party time, wine-o-clock, or shopping time, but more like some good, old-fashioned, quality, “Me Time”.

You see your feminine past, as noted by many of my female friends, was most probably dotted with an inordinate amount of time trying to please everyone and sacrificing your needs for others. 

Well that time is up.

This doesn’t mean you have to close up your heart, discard your compassion and understanding, no, not at all, but more like stepping out from behind the veil, out of the shadows and taking your rightful place alongside others; male or female, no matter what their position in life may be.

This is the first step towards much-needed gender equality and there is no better time than the present, for you to take that step.

In the Egyptian era, many men were at the feet of women, as slaves, Eunuchs and in a state of subservience, but then the pendulum swung alarmingly in the other direction and men became the dominant gender, which is still observable to this day.

As you know, all pendulums will eventually come to rest in the centre point and this is what is transpiring now in our world, not without some objection and resistance from egotistical men I might add.

Now let's get back to you.

In this time, which is ripe for change, an opportunity is arising for women to take their rightful and equal place in society and this you must do to break the unconscious masculine grip on our world. Don’t wait for the bulk of men to wake up and certainly don’t hold your breath! Show them how to be strong and assertive (not aggressive) and soft and gentle, as a composite, whole and balanced human being.

We need more powerful women to step up into roles that can make a huge difference across a broad spectrum of activities:

Boardroom Members

CEOs and CFOs

Managers and Supervisors

Community Leaders

Permaculturists

Renewable Energy experts

Artists of all types

Politicians (Most urgently needed, but not as pseudo women, behaving as men)

Medical Practitioners disengaged from the Big Pharmaceuticals

Educators in the new paradigm of learning

Conscious parenting

Spiritual Leaders

The list is endless.

No gender is better or more important than another

This will require you to muster up all your courage, speak your truth and live your values, to never give in to pressure, stand your ground and be unwavering in your commitment, to bring a true balance of masculine and feminine energies to our out-of-kilter world.

You can do it – be guided by your heart and your intuition and become the change-maker you always dreamed of becoming.

This is your time!

Do it for you, for the endless generations of girls to follow and also for men, still struggling with a pseudo masculinity that doesn’t even come close to being authentic.

To you men out there, the time of dominance, superiority and egotism is fast running out. We either voluntarily change, or change will be thrust upon us and you don’t have to guess, which one will be the most pleasant.

The wave of change has peaked, broken its crest and is rushing towards the shore, there is no holding it back.
