@bethsjourney Stay strong! Remember that we are all the same and here for you, by nature. All we can do sometimes is take life moment by moment as our consciousness gains new experiences. I would recommend a raw vegan diet primarily of fruits and herbal botanicals to regenerative and detoxify the body, reconnecting with the universal collective energy, and healing your endocrine gland system. It will help you find peace in the phyiscal body! Meditation will also help balance the mind body spirit <3
