Day 2433 | Morning Visit & Evening Hot Yoga
Monday was another good day and I'm fully in the flow of eating healthy even to the point where I can't see myself ever going back to all the junk that I used to eat. This said, I've been in that position multiple times before but eventually always was pulled back to tasty processed food. I got a visit from my mom around noon who was going on a 3-Day trip to the sea. once she left it was arleady 13:00+ when I started to do my usual monday bookkeeping tracking all the crypto projects that I'm invested in and get dividends from. I was done just in time to join tha 18:15 90-Minute Hot Yoga class and mostly just watched some tv in the evening. So overall a pretty good day.
I also had good sleep but still need to fix my sleeping times as I stay in bed for too late.
Food Diary I ate a smoothie in the morning followed by the last portion of Green Vegetable Lentil pasta which I did 4 days with while usually it is gone in 2 days. So nice progress also there not overeating. I also managed to drink a lot of water.
