Day 2387 | Indoor Day & Making Spaghetti

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday ended up as an indoor day where I managed to get some things done which includes updating my excel sheet with football stats which I always look up against. Aside from this I also once again let myself go 'one more time' when it came down to eating as I made some fresh Spaghetti Sause with some pasta. The main issue is the portion as it easily is for 3+ people. In the evening there was 1 football match which I managed to do well on but I do notice a hesitation as I have not been in the best streak this season.

New Day Goals: I already took a step to wake up earlier by setting my alarm clock but it didn't really help as I just kept sleeping, the goal however is to win a lot more time again by obtaining a normal sleep cycle instead of staying up way too late. Aside from this I aim to go for a city walk on Friday and limit my food intake. In the evening I will watch the 4th episode of season 2 of Silo and try to get in bed on time.
