Day 2355 | Bookkeeping Monday & Evening Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


My days right now are kind of dominated by an infection I seem to have inside of my ear which put some fluid inside that I hope will get cured by itself sooner than later. I remeber having had this once in the past so I'm not all too worried. Back then I went to a doctor and got some drops for it as medicine but I hope to avoid that now. If it's not better by the end of the week I will go to the doctor. It's mostly just annoying and it messes up my sleep as the best way is to sleep on my back with my head tilted instead of on my side which is my usual position.

Aside from this I did my usual monday bookkeeping which adds up as I'm invested in so many different platforms right now. I did manage to keep my eating clean and limited and did go for a walk of around 7000 steps in the early evening.


New Day Goals: I plan to get some work done early on Tuesday and make it into a family afternoon. It the weather allows it I will go for a walk with our dog and once again will try to keep my eating limited.
