Day 2352 | Limited Eating Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday was a rather uneventful day as I skipped on starting a new hot yoga year procrastinating it until monday at best. I did manage to limit my food intake which at least is something. I also have some discomfort in my ears for some reason. It's nothing serious just annoying as I'm not sure what it is and I hope I'm not getting sick. The evening football match was a non-event where I didn't have a single bet and I wanted to watch a movie in the evening but was too tired so I skipped on it and went to bed instead.
