I started what I aim to be a 90-Day good streak yesterday with an active family day where I managed to keep my eating fully clean. After some initial productivity in the morning, I went to my yearly car maintenance where I put my Anbernic RG35XX Plus Retro Handheld to good use as the hour+ I had to wait really flew by. Once that was done I headed home and ended up helping my dad with the wood cutting for about an hour before it was all done. I also ate limited and health and will be keeping a daily food intake diary again (see below). I spent some time with the family and in the evening went for a walk with out dog which now takes ma 1 Hour and 40 minutes. So overall a good productive day.
Daily Food DiaryI initially aimed to do a fasting day but my mom got me some fruit (strawberry & cherries) and I also ate 3 seed crackers with some lentil/Paprika Spread. Aside from this, I resisted all temptation to eat something unhealthy.
