Day 2113 | New Week Goals (100k Steps)

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I'v been in a slow but steady negative spiral for some time where mainly keeping away from unhealthy but fast comfortable food (mainly bread) has been an issue while I have been skipping many Hot Yoga classes always pushing the moment to get back to it further ways. I do really want to switch this around again to a fully healthy lifestyle with lots of activity and no temptation whatsoever to do things that aren't best to me. This however is easier said than done.

This week Goals: I mainly aim to start losing some weight again this week as I once again reached around 73 kg which is 3kg more than what I 'accept' as my maximul weight. The way I know how to do this is to start implementing daily walks into my routine. For that reason, I will set myself a simple goal of doing 100k staps this week (not counting indoor steps during the day). aside from this, I will aim to eat healthy, and take my supplement while drinking plenty of water and no soda whatsoever. I also aim to get back to joining hot yoga classes which always come along with 4000 steps.

It definitely is easier said than done! But - I try not to be too hard on myself... the main thing is you have the positive intentions, so no doubt you will get back on track! Life is always filled with ups and downs!
