Day 2025 | Tennis Wednesday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I did end up playing tennis on Wednesday which was plenty of fun but at the same time confirmed that I really need to work on my endurance as I was tired and sweathing quite early in the hour already. I am carrying a couple extra kilos of weight from the less healthy eating habits these past couple of months by now. I do aim to join hot yoga classes again on Friday - Saturday - Sunday - Monday and might start going for a swim again on Tuesdays.


Today Goals: My focus will go toward the evening football matches and already preparing for the weekend.
