Day 1803 | Lunchbreak 50-Minute Yoga

I skipped on doing a morning walk but did go ahead and joing a luchbreak yoga session which so far I would say was my strongest of the month. I didn't fully eat clean in the afternoon but did in the evening and I plan to do a 48-Hour+ water fast over the weekend eating a proteine shake smoothie about an hour before joining my hot yoga class only drining water until monday after a 2 hour+ Walk. This should put me in fat burning mode with the aim to get back below 70kg for the first time in a while.

I ate bread & cookies in the efternoon and an entire cauliflower in the evening.
Today GoalsStart a 48 hour fast around 11:00, join a hot yoga class and focus on the fotball matches are my goals today..
