Day 1622 | October

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Saturday was the first day of October and my aim once again is to get some kind of consistency in my health management. I still try to do at least 1 workout a day and want to do 80 Bench Presses / 80 Squats / 80 knee Raises daily as a minimum muscle excercise wich I comleted yesterday. I also aim to eat healthy what I did and get enough sleep at least 7-8 hours straight which also was a succes. I also managed to drink enough water and take my supplements while going on a morning run. All of this while beingsomewaht productive and making some good profit from betting. /

The only thing left to do is just repete this 30 more times to make it into an excellent month with lots of progress.

Today Goals
The goal is to make it a similar day to Saturday and I will go on another morning run after getting this post completed.
