Day 1599 | Binge Eating Thursday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Thursday was not the best as I went on somewhat on a Binge Eating spree as I plan a year long challenge without any kind of junk food whatsoever really putting my focus on eating healthy / working out / Sleeping well. It always works in waves of extremes on one end or the other and I'm still looking to find some middle ground and just a daily sustainable consistency. Recently I drifted to the bad side and I really feel it in my body as I'm just in bad shape.

Regardless, I'm looking forward for the change as I'll be entering my fourties.

For the past 3 months i have been going to the GYM and have gone from 93KG down to 82KG, never have i trained so hard but am really enjoying it.

Been eating way better but i still have not nailed the eating 100%

Lets keep trucking on

congratz on the results and keep up the great progress, eating always by far is the hardest even though I had long stretches where it all went automatically,
