Speech: Building Bridges or Creating Enemies

Both of these statements inspire a reaction in both who says them plus whoever sees or hears what is said.

When we do not resonate with inhumanity it is important to set an example with our actions to inspire the care we wish to see in our world. Everything we do and say creates a ripple with the energy that we invest. Therefore I think it is imperative we do not make enemies with our speech, on the contrary build bridges with our speech to our own healing and those we speak with because everything we say affects us and those around us so how we say it matters and what we say matters to our psyche and how we affect those around us.
