I would like to recommend that you learn meditation.

Find a group, or a teacher that teaches meditation.
Find one with a person you resonate with.

Meditation is learning to quiet the mind. That is the first step.
Then, when the mind is quiet, you can hear yourself.
And then find yourself.

Since 2012 my meditations have been... different. Not as deep, but always on. Anyway...
