Three Steps To The Perfect Relax Day!

Have you been stressed lately? Well sit back while I tell you the key to a stress free day.

Step One: No phone, No TV, Just Relax Music.

When you close your eyes and think about your happy place, what song is playing? Well play it, and songs just like it I recommend that you make a whole playlist to enjoy. But why no phones, and TV?? Well when you're surfing the web and watching things, the content you come across could possibly give you anxiety. Let me elaborate, you see bad news on facebook or a tragic event happening on the news... You start to feel a little bit of stress, even if you can't register it at that moment.

Step Two: Take a nice, relaxing bath.

Set out some candles, hit play on the playlist and put your phone on do not disturb. This is where you get your favorite scented bath bomb (or bubbles) and close your eyes to just think of your happy place. Just try not to fall asleep!

Step three: Facial Masks are KEY!

Face masks are literally everywhere, they are great for stress and your skin. So that means go to your nearest drugstore or grocery store and get you the perfect mask that suits you. Mud. Clay. Peel off. Everyone's preference is different. You'll feel happy and relaxed in no time.

I suggest that everyone repeats every week, or at least two weeks. I understand everyone is so busy and focusing on their jobs, schoolwork, and more... but we all deserve to have a nice stress free day.
