These are some very strong qualities and characteristics for individual success. First of all, nothing worth accomplishing is going to be easy and therefore you must be prepared to work hard if you are going to be successful. At the same time, you need to understand that there is always a risk that all that hard work might result in failure and so it is imparitive that you are willing to tooughbit out and persevere. If you are afraid of every little bump in the road you are never going to have the ambition required to succeed. We are all striving to be successful and success for each of us can be vastly different but our success or failure is always going to be interconnected to our efforts.
