coinbase is an place where you can sell your bitcoin/litecoin for usd. But it would be easier with a confirmed account to sell. If you need any help just tell us :)

lol... Dave only has so much fiat @sames :) ... We did find someone that kicks ass a does a great job with this to help them and that is @pennsif! If you ever need it done, he is the guy... I am very impressed with his way of doing it and his transparency! Thanks for helping out so much, it is very much appreciated here! ;)
I think the easiest way for you is to work with @pennsif and @beeyou... They will get you the money through paypal like how I sent it to you.
