Grandchildren-The Joy Of Life

I enjoy the antics of the youngest 2 of my grandchildren. My only grandson is 8 years old and my youngest granddaughter is 5. His dad is my younger son and her dad is my older son. Both of these beautiful, intelligent and busy children are ADHD...I am a little more than slightly biased, can't you tell.
My granddaughter is always getting upset with her momma and the rules. Her momma is always calling me to tell me that my granddaughter has decided that she is moving with me. LOL not short term visits only
My heartbreaker of a grandson and I are super close and his stepmother has problems with it. I have practically raised this child, daddy drove OTR and mom preferred to have no contact because of the abuse she inflicted on the child. I visit my granddaughter and my grandson video calls me on messenger. Not once aday, not twice a day, closer to 6 or 7 times a day. I feel better knowing he can get in touch with me.

I find it fascinating that both of these small children can catch on and operate electronics quicker than I can. My granddaughter has her own tablet and a connection to NetFlix and Hulu...lol. My grandson is a master at downloading, checking out games, and deleting the ones he is not fond of. He has figured out group chat and voice to text. He has offered to teach me, now I feel so much older than my 51 years...lol
All 6 of my grandchildren are the joy of my life. They keep me young and keep a smile on my face. They are our future. 😊
