I have never thought about it this way. But this sounds absolutely comprehensible. But now I started wondering if there are any dominant roles for women left...?
Honestly I had this thought too.^^ Do women need something to dominate? Is it what women wish? To be the leader? Or don‘t most of us also look for the strong shoulder to lean on? Maybe women can be that too. But I also often enjoy feeling like the little girl. And why should that not be okay? This is my way of thinking about this sexism debate. It shouldn‘t be about becoming the same. But about worshipping our differences. I can‘t understand women who stay in a job with a boss grabbing their asses. And I can‘t understand them screaming for more justice in public. To me those women aren‘t free. They want men in general to change. For them and their weakness. And that‘s the best way to not being independent. We are only free with taking our life in our own hands. I don‘t know... for me the whole thing isn‘t about domination. But about self-confidence? I can talk like a man and still be a woman? I can feel like a man and want something like a man. And still be a woman. Okay enough now. Feels too much like making out inner conflicts in public. XD
I don’t know if that’s okay or not. I guess every woman needs to decide for herself if she wants to be in a dominat role or if she’s just expected to be there. Because she thinks her husband wants to see her in this position as well.
But I definitely prefer those types of women who want to be in that devote role. I guess it’s like you said just more natural that men are more aggressive and dominant and women are the complete difference...
