Connect with your Inner-self!

Inner-self, inner-spirit, thyself whatever you name it, it's very necessary to have a connection with ourselves. You will find many people who don't understand the meaning of it. Well, don't feel bad if you are the one too. It's really hard to understand all these and connecting with thyself is very hard actually.

We all have a general understanding that we need to understand our feeling, emotions and how we think. But you will notice how many times you find it difficult to understand what you really want. It's because we don't know ourselves much. Though we have a false feeling that we know ourselves better. But it's not actually true if you go deep realizing.

It's okay to not understand it and not having the connection as long as you are not aware. But when you do, even if it's through this piece of writing, try to take it seriously. You will get hundreds of benefits from it. The best one is 'knowing your every single move in advance'.

Now the question is, how can we connect with our inner-self?

There is no need to talk about how helpful meditation can be on this issue. Daily meditation helps us to calm our mind, reflects our feeling, knowing our emotions better and thus connecting with our inner-self.

Meaningful self-talk. Self-talk is not always crazy. If you try to make it meaningful you always can do that. Sit with yourself and talk about your feeling and emotions about an event.

Question yourself. Answering our issues always helps us to understand us better. And questioning our inner-self helps us to clear our mind and thus make a good connection with thyself.

Connect with nature and also with friends &family can also help a lot passively.

There are many other ways to connect to thyself. It's a gradual process so we have to be patients on this. If we can do these regularly we can gradually achieve the connection.
