Sense Of Peace

Hello, my Steemit family. I am just waking up. So what's up with y'all? What about creating a beautiful sense of peace in your life at the moment? Well, almost all day yesterday, I stayed on the couch lying down. I'm sick with a cold. Achooooo! So today, I am taking it easy and trying to taking care of myself in peace and quiet (I hope - I still have to bring my daughter to school and pick her up later). I even stayed in bed until 7 pm last night. That rarely happens. It felt good so far. Maybe I'll try to download some calm meditation app later. What about you guys? No matter what is going on around you, you could always try something - sitting quietly a few minutes, listening to soothing music, say a lil prayer and a lot more.
