Is it the best time to get involved with cryptocurrency?

It's bound to happen, right? Just like every other technological advancement we will see the mass adoption of the better substitute. It is the evolution theory I believe in. I believe that humans evolve not physically just as much as we evolve through our technology.

I started thinking about this today when a couple of my friends who never really dabbled with crypto started showing some genuine interest in it. We are the "nerd" group of friends who start taking a more sophisticated view at things. The topic we picked up today somehow led us to Pi- the cryptocurrency and mining developed by Stanford students. (minepi.com/blindspot)

We later spoke about different easy ways to earn crypto without investing large amounts of time or money. Essentially, free crypto. I spilled as much as I could but it only gave path to more interesting topics to be opened up. Just like how bitcoin's unique selling point is how limited the available supply is and how much may already has been lost and if satoshi is dead that could even account for more coins lost.

We dabbled a little into the blockchain technology and how safe, secure and beneficial it was for growth of society. Every big balling company is somehow trying to integrate with blockchain technology. Also, crypto and blockchain...what a killer!

I love coming across stories of people who never appreciated the potential of crypto, bitcoin or whatever altcoin, and gave up on them only to realize what a mistake they made. And the stories where someone never believed in something and for rid of it only to see the coin rise in value. Or the smart asses , the likes of 50 cent, who declare bankruptcy but soon enough find a long lost wallet with a truckload of crypto in it.
All these stories only make me think that these are gags of the present, legends of the future.

Why crypto, right? Why all these 1 and 0 mumble jumbos, right? An important question whenever any group of friends chat about crypto. To me is crystal clear. It's the next step of evolution. Everything is digital now. Had I stocked to my e-store I started off back in around the 2010s I could have become something similar to Bezos. Who knows? But one thing for certain is that everything is digital and doing very well being digital.

Businesses have become digital. Years back everything was direct marketing. And then came the mail box marketing, news paper marketing, telemarketing...but today if you don't have a digital presence you are next to being done.

Today, crypto is doing much better than fiat currencies. Even digital assets within games are doing better than some fiat currencies. What are digital assets backed by? What is your bank note backed by? Nada. The last time a fiat currency was going to be backed by something valuable the man behind the plan got hunt down. Remember when people paid for their livelihood by farming in game? Your son may have a millionaire friend who made his money just trading cs:go skins.

But that's besides the point. The point I want to make is that digital currency, digital asset is the next big thing. But really, am I even trying to make a point? I'm just on bed letting my thoughts run wild. Anyway, It will take over the world. Much like E-coin. Remember that? Hah. Who would have thought?

And just like everything else is the world, only the early adopters will be at the top of the food chain. Just like how Jefston became a pioneer in real estate and how Tai became the top dog of digital marketing.
