I don't know if you are like me, but I LOVE planning! I love making spreadsheets, lists and tables.
I not only love making em online, but also love writing down in papers, agendas, notebooks. It gives me the feeling I'm on control of my life.
But if you are not, this can also help you to give a kickstart on your plans, even the basic ones :)
Pals, this is a HABITS TRACKER I made and thought it would be awesome to share with you guys!
At first, I made it to keep my new and old important habits under control, like, taking my meds, going to the gym, working, writing on steemit, reading a book. Of course you don't have to write the same tasks.
At home I can't print in color, so I have to do it somewhere else, then I wrote on it on my softwear to give you an example.
If you want just click in the link bellow, print it at home and start planning your life. I know it's not easy, I find it very hard sometimes, but we shouldn't NEVER GIVE UP.

Cara. EU sou mto péssima nisso pq eu sempre me boicoto. Eu já baixei app, já criei tabela e tals pra controlar minha vida mas não consigo dar seguimento pq eu confesso q não sou honesta comigo mesmo. Eu não anoto ou ignoro as coisas q eu deveria realmente anotar pra ter controle sobre elas. Como dizia a minha mãe, eu me saboto. Espero q esse ano as coisas mudem. O dinheiro pra viajar no carnaval tá guardado e eu ainda não mexi nele (e nem pretendo!)
Por incrível ou não que pareça, isso é uma reação comum do nosso cérebro, porque ignorar essas coisas é mais confortável do que se dar ao trabalho de anotar sempre, mais uma vez que isso vira rotina, vai também virar hábito. Tô apegada nessa idéia Hahaha

Once I tried to start a habit tracker using apps like "Loop" but I didn't remember to open it. Maybe if I print a PDF like this and fix in front of my desk I can be able to complete some small tasks that I always forget to do
Yeah sure, you should try. If you are at your desk all the time, so it's worth trying!
This is the first time I've seen a habit checklist. Hmmm, I could actually apply this. Probably an app version would fit me better since I don't really write on paper much. But thanks for the idea.
