Morning thoughts: Do I procrastinate because of fear?

I came across a quote today by an unknown author that said, "Once you are fearless life is limitless". It made me wonder if my procrastination problem was due at least in part to fear. Weather its the fear of the unknown, fear of change, fear of success, fear of missing out, fear of being left out or the fear of feeling different; any of these fears could by crippling my progress in life.

I think it would be a good exercise for everyone to think about and observe the role the fear is playing in their life
