Today I reinstated to publish on my blog wishing for all a new Year's blessing rain, that this is the best year of their lives in every way, this year it looks very prosperous and abundant for all with the bonanzas that has brought us the Steem and SBD is seen that This will be our year and it is good to stay in the community to go through all the ups and downs always trusting the best social network that exists. In my family we have a very special celebration to start the year, this is the New Year's banquet, is an event we do after the hug of midnight, we usually receive the year singing bagpipes inside the house hug, eat grapes, toast and then to hug to the neighbors and all who go to the streets to celebrate, then we return to the house to eat the great banquet, we take care that this in him everything essential and that everything that makes the dish brings prosperity. So that in the new year, never miss food at our tables, we have the habit of starting with the right foot, which makes up our plate of the beginning of the year characterizes us as a family, today I share with you all.

First of all you should never miss the Hallaca and the ham bread traditional elements of the Christmas dish of all Venezuelans in addition to this we have added other contours that make this special dish

The Hallaca:

Is a tradition of our Aborigines, the story tells that collected the remaining food from the different banquets celebrated by the Spaniards, wrapped in banana leaves as they had no utensils to hide them, They wrapped them inside the flour and kept them under the Earth, hence the name Hallaca why is food from there and here.

The grains:

We usually eat lentils or beans because these symbolize the abundance, we eat them at the beginning of the year so that we never lack the food in our tables, that it is a year full of abundance of love, of friends, of family, of love and fraternity.

The salad:

It symbolizes the sweetness, variety and happiness of the moments that we will live throughout the year the variety of them, this salad always carries apple and is a Russian salad with beet.

The typical:

Roast or pernil of the Christmas dish in other countries that eats turkey here is penil, roasted or any other meat protein, this year we ate roast beef and enjoyed it very much and the dessert that should never be missed, we made milk sweet.

For us this is the most important meal of the year this tradition we take a bit of the indu that abundance and prosperity is based on the way you eat and what you eat, the times we have received the year away from home has been quite difficult to miss the banquet or family as all families have their own tradition of eating both 31 and December 24 in my country, this is ours and the recipe is to the order for which you want to do the same in your home, it really works.
