They call it MAGIC!!

Winter is time for colds ...
We all know about home remedies to combat this malaise. We watched our grandmothers and our mothers do and we repeat !!!
These recipes vary from region to region and it is related essentially with local traditions, habits, and seasonality of products.
They essentially serve to soften symptoms and, they are quite tasty most of the time !!! (I remember, for example, a carrot syrup for coughing: just cut carrots to the thin slices and add honey or sugar. Leave to soak for a few hours and "voilá" we have the "miracle" syrup !!!)

Today I share a drink with you that I always remember seeing drinking in my home town when someone (the men mostly) was with flu. It's punch and in this case it's "magical", literally !!

I leave you the simple way to prepare it, like we do in my home town: a lemon peel, warm for a few moments and that's it !!!
