Set aside any work, discussions, or any difficult choices 2 to 3 hours before bed. It takes time to free your mind from any work that you are doing for the day.If there are any left over work,just list it down for tomorow and stop for the night.At that point, around an hour before you hit the bed, read something light, meditate, turn up soft music, or wash up with warm bath.
