RE: Today I'll Hammer Some Keys and Finish Nothing
In this drawing, I found three faces, two people on their knees, one crucified, two seated and a flying bird. ..
My brain begins to flow through the little finger...
:-))))
Isn't that something...
Thanks for taking a moment to have a close look.
...this is exactly what i need.
I like to find different images in everything :-)
It's called pareidolia. When you see things that aren't there, but yet they are there. I incorporate this common brain wiring effect we all possess into much of my work, intentionally. I've written about it and explained what's happening a quite a few times. If you take a close look at nearly all of my work, the image will often paint itself into something new. The second time you look, you might see something else.
I do wood carvings. When driftwood, root, branch fall into my hands, I deal with pareidolia. This helps to find new images in the tree. It has become a habit for me.
I am pareidolia :-)))
That's the best way to carve. I do it too!
by the way ... I don’t know how to draw ... but if I took up this business ... if I started to paint with paints of different colors ... Max Lusher’s interpretations for his test of color choices ... no no ... I didn’t say nothing to you
