What's your view? I've never heard of blame being productive for much of anything, but I'm open to hearing your perspective on the situation.
Blame is the other side of the coin from justify. You cannot have one without the other, so is shame to honor and condemnation to commend, and while it will be nice if we hadn't the need for those words in our world, as it stands there's plenty of times when things aren't justifiable, or honorable or commendable, and I'm one to call it as I see it.
Blame gives people a chance to correct themselves and if you don't extend that chance how or why should they change? It's not as if failure isn't the best opportunity to learn, and blame is simply pointing at a failure.
