welcome the weekend with family (cooking enjoy the fun together)

Hello everybody
how are you today ? Weekend is the big day everyone .Many people planning a vacation there is also a little party with family.like we did a few weeks ago our family's arrival abroad away from us a little party with a variety of cuisines.       

          

Furor prepare the favorite dish of chicken, seafood and vegetables cooked in bamboo. Seasonings and ingredients gathered from the garden or bought at the local farmers market, as well as the local marine catches





                  

                   

                    

Jewfish fish spiced saffron, kencur, galangal, ginger, coriander, tomato and roasted green chilies plus turmeric leaf, vietnamese mint and kemang. Dabu Dabu sauce of tomato and chilli garden. All matter is made without garlic and leek only use (a kind of large spring onion) as many are allergic


            

A perfect weekend for me and we all
