Why i regret watching PORNOGRAPHY.

This post is about a friend, who realized the effect of pornography in his life. I found this friend of mine around the corridor of the house,
heads down and tears dropping off his eyes. I tried to get closer to ask for the reason of the falling tears. He said he has a problem that has taken over his life and if care is not taking, it make take control over his life. During our discussion i was made to know that watching pornography is the problem.
He stated some of the effects it has pose in his life. He now stated below:
I will be straightforward my dear friend,
As you know I'm a guy that don't have a sociable life and a shy one,i don't roll or talk to people i don't know,even the one i know i barely talk to them.
I don't have a bit gut to talk to girl or stay in their presence which eventually awarded me into wanting myself to releasing and also leads me to have a huge taste to search for pornography online.
I had being in this nasty lifestyle for over three years which OVER TIME RESULTED into these negative reaction:

• i got an errection in any slight body contact with the opposite sex
  -i got tired and dislike any girl i see,like i dont want to be in relationship
  -i got more sexual urge than normal
• i got more errection in any sight of an attrative girl
• sex brothels became my day to day activities, which i never do before in my life
• i lose my ambitions and my focus because now i feel like doing any how (spending extravagantly,don't participate in any religious services, don't have the inspiration to fight for myself anymore).
  This behaviour are not part of my life before.
  Some of the advice i gave him is to always try and roll with people, always be mindful of what he is watching online, and most importantly, he must be prayerful.
  please i beg you in the name of your creator, avoid MASTURBATION OR Looking UP FOR PORNOGRAPHY,they will over time DESTROY YOUR LIFE!
