Walnut barter

This year we had a good harvest of nuts. Not bad relative to last year. If last year there were no nuts at all, in this we collected about 5 boxes and a large basket, despite the fact that we have only 2 fruit-bearing nut trees.

Big harvest is good, but the question arose where to put these nuts. Only half of my family eats walnuts, the remaining half indifferent to nuts. Eat 5 boxes is complicated, so I wondered what to deal with them.

And then the spouse threw a great idea. At one of sites, someone published ad about selling baby seat for the car. We offered a box of nuts instead of money and the seller agreed. So in our family appeared baby car seat (my fourth son was born in august).

Delighted with the success of the exchange, we decided to repeat the procedure. We changed walnuts for the children's constructor, several packages of children's clothes, toys and a whole bunch of necessary things.

Nut barter turned out to be very profitable.

I hope next year to repeat this success, and at the same time to increase the number of nut trees (4 new nuts have already been planted).
