Chicken Soup
Material :
100 grams chicken breast, boiled and suwir.
2 pieces Carrots, diced small
1 corncob sweet corn, pipil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 spring onion, sliced
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Nutmeg powder to taste
1 egg whipped off
to taste chicken stock, the remaining chicken stew
2 tbsp butter
How :
Saute the garlic with butter until fragrant.
Put carrots and corn stir-fry until half cooked.
Add chicken stock, cook until boiling.
Enter the chicken suwir, pepper, nutmeg and salt, then mix well.
