HOW TO GET AN EASY SLEEP???
Sleeping becomes more and more difficult as we enter our busy schedule.Having trouble sleeping is pretty common not just for old people but for us, young ones as well.Students, like me, suffer this problem quite a lot and it leaves pretty bad effect on health.Sleeping is necessary no matter what age you are at or what do you do.If you do not get a good sleep after having a busy schedule day, you know how it feels right?
Well, no worries bruh.I have come up with three effective way to fall asleep quickly without any problem.We will start from less effective to highly effective method.
1.Read a good book before sleeping
Books are our best friends, right? I mean they help us not just to sharpen our skills and knowledge but also help us sleeping.You can read novels, dramas, stories etc.Make sure the book has a huge amount of pages.Pick a target about how many pages you want to read per day and stick to the schedule.
Like read ten pages everyday.while you are trying to sleep, your brain will keep thinking about what'll be happening in the following pages and this will keep your brain focused.
By the way, did you know that you can't sleep if you are thinking about sleeping when you are trying to sleep?
2.Take a bath before sleeping
Taking a bath is always refreshing and it repels all the stress that you got from the long busy scheduled day.By the time your daily schedule is complete, you body gets covered in heat and sweat.It feels irritated while sleeping.Just changing to pajamas doesn't do a thing.When you take bath, it cools down your body temperature which makes you feel your body lighter than usual.Taking a bath also make mind more cheerful and having a cheerful mind will help you sleep better.
3.Meditate before sleeping
This one my favorite.Nothing is compared to meditation if you are thinking of relaxing.If you are relaxed, you will fall asleep very fast.It is not an easy task to meditate but if you keep practicing for a few days, you will get a glorious result.And as we don't think of anything while meditating, there is a chance that you will fell asleep while doing it.

Meditating for like fifteen or twenty minutes will do the work for sure.But make sure you are meditating perfectly.Because just sitting with eyes closed is not called meditating.You get what I am saying, right?
The result will be perfect if only if you do it perfectly.
