Yes, it is wrong.
But what is more wrong is a society that allows a rapist to walk free while a victim is 'obligated' to carry the full weight of responsibility.
For sure, a rapist should never be allowed to walk free if there is enough evidence/reason to convict the person. In my opinion there should only be certain circumstances in which an abortion should be up to the woman. If the pregnancy is life threatening for the mother, cases of rape, and perhaps cases of incest. It's incredibly difficult though to screen people that would fit those criteria though.
