RE: We Want STEEM and SBD on ALL Major Exchanges. How You Can Help.

in #life6 years ago

Surpassinggoogle has been campaigning for Steem/SBD to be listed in a local exchange. We've all done our best but so far the company still haven't done it yet. Ah CoinsPH...

I believe individuals can suggest which coins to be added to Binance as well. Don't know yet on why they suspended Steem though.

I can give you the info.
It all started with syscoin hack that had nothing to do with STEEM. Binance was asked to suspend their wallets until the syscoin hack could get under control. That was the last time that STEEM transfers happened. The very next day, STEEM blockchain was attacked by @nijeah. (@haejin spelled backwards, but no relation to @haejin). That caused the STEEM blockchain to be freeze to prevent the malicious attack from causing damage. Steemit Inc created a patch and sent it out to the witnesses and got the blockchain operating within hours. Binance runs a node to handle deposits and withdrawals, but they have not updated that node until recently. What is strange is that they are now allowing deposits for the last few days, but no withdrawals.

What is disturbing is that there has been 4 new currencies listed on Binance during the STEEM outage. Why is Binance focusing their energy on listing new coins and ignoring existing ones?

Oh I see... Thanks for the information. I'm just clueless so this really helps. 😁👍
