You're a leader among your friends and coworkers in a lot of ways -- how often have you been thanked for exposing them to something cool, anyway? But sometimes, if you don't pay attention to the boundaries of others, you'll end up being seen more like a blowhard than a trailblazer. Listen to people more often, and you'll get a better idea of the size of their comfort zone -- it's probably a lot smaller than yours. Respect the boundaries people have and don't push too hard.
