A JAPANESE RITUAL FOR ALL OF US: FIRST A CUP OF WARM WATER!
In Japan there is a widespread morning ritual: First drink a cup or a glass of warm water on an empty stomach. This ritual is part of asian culture. There are four good reasons for this:
1. Improved metabolism in the morning
