Watermelon pudding
Ingredients :
1 sachet for white
1/2 sachet jelly nutrijell
500 ml of water
1 sachet of white SKM
65 ml of coconut milk
4 tbsp sugar
2 egg whites
a pinch of salt
dark red and green dye
to taste ice cubes
Steps:
Prepare 2 bowls big and small set aside
prepare the pot enter the agar, nutrijell, sugar, salt, water, SKM and kara stir well then cook until boiling jng forget in stirring continue lift.
Beat the egg whites until stiff then put on the dough and mix well with whisk.
grab a bowl a large bowl with a small bowl (small bowl in ice water / ice cubes) slowly insert the pudding into a large bowl to a bowl height.
After hard grab a small bowl that contains ice water slowly set aside.
the remaining dough give the red color and the seeds thoroughly mix well then pour in the middle of the batter white dough chill for 1 hour.
If it's hard turn the dough from the bowl and spread it with the green color until smooth. Turn back and put in a bowl keep in the refrigerator 1-2 hours.
