Looking for Employment

A young man went to apply for a management position in a large company. The initial interview passed and now I was going to meet the director for the final interview. The director saw his academic achievements in his CV and they were excellent. And he asked: "Did you receive any scholarships at school?" the young man answered "no".
"Was it your father who paid your tuition?"
"My father died when I was one year old, it was my mother who paid." - he answered.

"My mother worked washing clothes."
The director asked the young man to show his hands. The young man showed a pair of smooth and perfect hands.
"Have you ever helped your mother wash clothes?"

The director said: "I have a request: when you go home today, go and wash your mother's hands, and then come to see me tomorrow morning."

After cleaning the hands of his mother, the young man began to wash in silence all the clothes that were missing.
That night, mother and son talked for a long time.
The next morning, the young man went to the principal's office.
The director noticed the tears in the young man's eyes when he asked him, "Can you tell me what you did and learned yesterday at home?"
The young man replied: "I washed my mother's hands and I also finished washing all the clothes that were left"
