Ice cream

Ingredients :
1 can of SKM (sweetened condensed milk) white
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp salt
1 pack of vanilla
10 tbsp maize
150 ml of coconut milk (use 2 small sachets of coconut milk size 65 ml)
8 cans of water (use doses of former SKM cans)
1 tbsp SP ditim by adding 2 tbsp water

Steps:
put all the ingredients into the pot except SKM and SP.

Stir until smooth. Cook until thickened and popped (when cooked stirring constantly). Then chill.

After a completely cold mixer and enter the SKM until well blended.

then enter into the freezer until the ice-cream dough is half frozen.

After that remove the dough and mixer again by inserting the SP bit by bit. Mixer for 25 minutes.

The dough will expand 3fold.

Divide the dough into sections. give the food coloring and insert it into the piping bag.

Then put in the cup. For initial color cupnya tilted slightly so that other colors when poured will look beautiful .
