Cheese sago cookies
Ingredients :
225 gram butter (I use 150 grams butter, and 75 grams margarine)
150 grams of refined sugar
3 egg yolks
100 grams of edam cheese
75 grams of grated cheddar cheese
300 grams of sago farm
3 pieces of pandan leaves
50 grams of cornstarch
50 grams of medium protein flour (triangle)
2 tablespoons whole cream powder milk (dancow)
How to make :
Sago roasted with pandan leaves, then stir until sago feels light, lift and chill
Combine sago, wheat, corn and powdered milk. then sift (pandan leaves that have wilted in the waste only)
shake the butter with margarine along with the sugar until soft, then add the egg yolk one by one while shaked until blended
Then add cheese edam and cheddar cheese, stirring with spatula until blended
Add the flour mixture, then mix well with the spatula
insert the dough into a piping bag that has been given a syringe.
Shape to taste on a pan that has been smeared butter
Bake a cake until done.
Temperature adjusts each oven (I'm at 130 degrees for about 30-35 minutes)
