How to combat telemarketing calls

Tired of getting calls from telemarketers and companies trying to track you down?

Try this trick: Have a video loaded up on one of your tabs, ready to 'un-pause' when you get a spam call. Don't say anything, just hold the phone up to your computer's speakers.

Whether it's a live person or an auto-dialing machine, it will think that your number has been disconnected.

Just make sure not to do this when your mom calls! 😁
