Thanks Bec - no haven't seen that before. There's a few similar in design but I always felt like they never described the continual nature of scale and evolving of whatever it is we set out to do. And as well the kind of different opposing dynamics of top-down (strategy / purpose / vision etc.) and bottom-up (learning from collective understanding etc.) aren't easy to show all together. If that makes sense? I'll have to look at the 6 I's looks interesting, thanks for the link :) thanks again
Yeah, I see what you mean. It fits with the cycles of build, test repeat etc. I like the description of bottom up vs top down dynamics too. Thanks for the new info 😊
Yeah it's like that, build is the same as generating something, but I like generate more as we always start by generating an idea or a model. Then test is like two parts, explore and evaluate - so we've got an idea, say and we explore it with others then we evaluate (see what's of value in it) from what we learnt by our exploring. Of course then we can generate a refined version of our idea, more detailed and built up based on that... etc.
awesome post @alkhemst - have you come accross the 6 i's of innovation? We use it a fair bit, it's a similar principal.

All ingenious is simple!
