RE: What Would You Do With Supernatural Intelligence?
I have been thinking, If one day we reach the theory of everything and there is no more to understand life would be very boring. Curosity, research and sometimes confusion are important aspects of human experience. We would lose the thrill of understanding new things and joy of discovery. Despite being curious about what the theory might be and what is the very essence of the universe I believe that knowing it is an end of pleasurable journey.
Well, a lot of scientists think that the Theory of Everything might not be the height of the understanding of reality. In fact, it might open the doors to new areas of physics that we are simply not aware of right now. And such a theory would spark a great deal of innovation that were just not possible before. So, I don't think it will be boring for a long, long time after it's development.
