Elevating the feet in a push up help transfer the load toward the pectorals major (upper chest) and anterior deltoids (shoulder) triceps.
Tips- to accent the chest, place your hands wider than shoulder width.
To target the back and triceps, bring your hands close together with thumbs and index
fingers touching.
Rest, before the next exercise.
Benefit of squats- Improve digestion, aids circulation, fights cellulite, build more muscle, burn calories & fat, enhances strength, increases hormone release, better for joints, builds glutes.
Most important, do not be lazy and do not feel sorry for yourself.
Your body can do much more than you think!!
Of course, do not forget to squats right (keep the back straight) so as not to hurt yourself.
