Hi @alexpavlenko. I'm not sure than desserts and pastries are part of the bodybuilder's diet ;)
The amateur builders tend to stuff themselves with food when they want to gain a sheer body mass. Not saying that it's a proper way of gaining mass, though.
Frankly speaking, I also adhere to the philosophy of "working out to eat whatever I want" simply because I am too much of a food-lover.
That's so true. I tend to live by these pillars so I can spoil myself from time to time, like during my "cheat meal". Works well for me. :) Thank you for sharing.
