Really enjoyed your article but I think that if you see that the ones around you are not producing viable ideas or ideas that look similar to what you think, it's your duty to speak, regardless of how shy you are or how much you fear an eventual lack of support.
I do and I did but after awhile, its better to take action first instead of speaking up. I guess actions speak louder than words? Besides, it gives you a stronger case when you are trying to prove that a particular problem exists.
