It's OK to not be ambitious
It’s OK to be quiet
It’s OK to take the time you need for yourself away from the shouting world
It’s OK to move to the quiet, low-rent town where old ladies stop in the street to talk to you
It’s OK to do nothing
It’s OK to do something
It’s OK to revert back to your inner hibernating animal or baby mind
It’s OK to enjoy the creature comforts of warmth, food, bed and nothing else
It’s OK to shun the world with it’s big egos and holidays to Fiji
It’s OK not to follow the crowd

It’s OK to not pay debts
It’s OK to go back to nature
It’s OK not to play the game they want you to
It’s OK to not have a car
It’s OK to ride a bicycle and walk to places
It’s OK to spend a day staring and talking to the flowers
It’s OK to spend days watching the rain through the window with a cup of coffee

It’s OK to spend days reading books and watching films
It’s OK to have little projects that you work on that will never earn you money
It’s OK to not consume
It’s OK to take time
It’s OK to not rush
It’s OK to live in the steady rhythms of your body’s natural cycles
It’s OK to not be in the city
It’s OK to be in the city too
It’s OK to see the world as a circus around you
It’s OK to be a spectator
It’s OK to take a part time job that doesn’t lead anywhere
It’s OK to take time to heal
It’s OK to be unemployed
It’s OK to be semi-self-employed
It’s OK to be nothing
It’s OK to have nothing
It’s OK to be an element of your surroundings
It’s OK to be a creature that doesn’t read the news
It’s OK to go slow
It’s OK to look inwards
It’s OK to cry if you need to
It’s OK to sing when you want to
It’s OK to be alone
It’s OK to be in company
It’s OK not to be ambitious
It’s OK to have your own ambition of inner peace
It’s OK to live in your own world
It’s OK to live in your imagination
It’s OK to be as gentle as a child
It’s OK to be kind
But most of all, it’s OK to be you.
